What happens during your first visit
A clear, unhurried process from start to finish.
1. Consultation
We discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and any reports or scans you bring.
2. Assessment
A hands-on assessment of your posture, movement, and the affected area.
3. Findings & plan
Dr. Ho explains what he finds and discusses a suggested treatment plan with you.
4. First treatment
If appropriate, your first treatment may begin on the same visit.

Do I need a referral? Is treatment covered by insurance?
In Hong Kong, chiropractors are registered primary healthcare practitioners, so you do not need a doctor's referral to book a consultation with us.
Please check your own coverage before your visit
- Insurance coverage for chiropractic treatment varies significantly between insurers and plans — including annual limits, co-payments, and whether a referral or pre-authorisation is required for reimbursement.
- Some plans require a referral for claims purposes even though one isn't clinically necessary to see us.
- We recommend confirming your coverage and any required documentation directly with your insurance provider before your visit.
We're happy to provide receipts to support your insurance claim.
Common questions
How many sessions will I need?
This varies by individual and condition. Dr. Ho will discuss an expected treatment plan with you after your initial assessment.
Does chiropractic treatment hurt?
Most patients feel minimal discomfort. Please let Dr. Ho know if you have any concerns before treatment begins.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement is recommended.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please let us know via phone or WhatsApp as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
