Overview
About Soft Tissue Care
Soft tissue care addresses tightness, restriction, and adhesions in muscles, tendons, and fascia — the connective tissue surrounding them. This can be delivered by hand or with specialised instruments, including the Graston Technique.
The Graston Technique uses stainless steel instruments to help identify and treat areas of tightness, working to break down adhesions and encourage normal tissue movement. It's often used alongside other treatment for a more complete approach.
